The Hotel is well appointed. It sits above its chined and there are pleasant viws down through the Chine from many windows, particularly in the dining room. The gardens are excellent.

Fantastic - what a bargain. Couldnt believe I had such a huge room overlooking the gardens and the sea all to myself. Food in restaurant didnt live up to the cost though, although it wasnt terrible. Only problem when I was there was high winds at night and I was in an annex of the hotel with sash windows that rattled - easily sorted with some loo paper though!!! Also there was noise from upstairs during the winds, which I have reported and is being investigated. Response to my report was quick and friendly.

our room was a bit out of the way in an annexe to the hotel. they were refurbishing - just as well as the place looks v. tired. so not a lot of staff about - and reception though eager were not very helpful with local info.

Fantastic hotel with superb facilities including an outdoor hot tub. An upgrade to a room with a seaview was definately worth every penny. Would book this hotel through lastminute.com again.

Very enjoyable, the on site leisure facilities significantly added to our stay and value for money. The only down fall would be that the location required a ten minute taxi drive into bourmouth centre.

Stunning view when facing the water!Comfortable beds (next time I will choose 2 single beds instead of the double). Excellent food at the restaurant (see comment below), great to have a good choice for breakfast. We enjoyed the pool, the spa and the sauna.There are great walks you can take from there, through the garden to the beach.The area is NOT surrounded by good restaurants/pubs. We felt trapped in the hotel's restaurant at night, which was rather expensive. This is probably where they are making money.

Very nice hotel with excellent sea view. Lovely walks nearby on sea front and very nice hotel gardens. Very restricted parking at hotel though. Very nice hotel and would recommend it.
