What you said
the Spa facilities were terrible. The pool was tiny, there were only a couple of exercise machines and the jucuzzi didn't work. We were very disappointed as we chose this hotel over others because of the Spa facilities

All staff very helpful & friendly.All food very good & plenty of it.Reception areas clean & comfortable.Bedroom very cold as heating off during day.Bathroom not as clean as it should be.Shower rusty.

Recently refurbished interior which has been completed to a good standard. Staff are very friendly and the buffet breakfast was very good for a 3*. I made an error booking but the staff upgraded us to a suite for no extra charge. Good location on a quiet side road and off road parking is a plus. Still close to the town centre and the sea front.Only main improvement which could be made to the hotel of this standard would be to install double glazing (very old metal windows are in place at present).

We had a fantastic time in the Anglo Swiss hotel in Bournmouth. The hotel was not very busy so they upgraded us to a Suite, very nice. Staff very kind and friendly. Would definetly go again and recommend it to others. We had a 4 month old baby so the use of the leisure facilities ( Pool ) was treat for us all. x

This was such a lovely place! And the staff couldn't have been more hospitable. Upon arrival, our room was rather small and quite cold and in a newer part of the hotel. The phone didn't work in the room. The staff offered to move us to a different room, which was older, but the room & bath was much larger AND warmer...and the phone worked! I would definitely stay at the Anglo Swiss Hotel again on my next trip to Bournemouth. The location was fantastic as well.

Very pleasasant, friendly, helpful, good location for beach and town. easy parking, good to have a pool too. Room had balcony which was good.
