Ticket prices & availability

• Park access is free to children under three years
• Please note: Tickets can not be exchanged or refunded once booking has been made

Ticket delivery

• You will need to exchange your confirmation email at the Guest Services windows in order to receive your entry tickets. Once inside the Park, please proceed to the Annual Pass room where your photo will be taken and issue your Annual Pass ID card
• Please ensure you bring a copy of your confirmation email and the credit card that you made the booking with for identification purpose
• Your 12 month period will commence from the first day that you visit the Park
