What happens on the break?

• Use of sauna / steam room and relaxation area
• Small gym
• Your choice of either a full body salt scrub or a back, neck and shoulder massage - 20 minutes
• Aromatherapy facial – 50 minutes
• A glass of champagne
• Robes, towels and slippers are provided

• This one night break is located at Lansdowne Place Hotel and Spa, Brighton
• The experience is available Mondays to Thursdays only
• Check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is 11.00
• From check in to check out, you can have unlimited use of facilities
• Price based on two sharing a queen or twin room

• Please bring your confirmation e-mail, swim wear to wear in sauna/steam room and gym wear on the day of the experience
• The experience is not weather dependent
• Two course dinner, breakfast, refreshments throughout stay in the Spa (tea, coffee, herbal teas and water) are included
• Disabled access to spa and disabled bedroom is available
• Public Liability Insurance is included

• Age: 16 years old minimum; no maximum
• Please inform the Spa if you are taking any medication or are pregnant, as it may effect the treatment the supplier can offer

• You will not receive a voucher for this experience. Your order confirmation e-mail is your proof of booking and is all you need to attend your spa break
