What happens on your spa break?

• You will have a choice of up to 20 well-being and fitness activities, both indoors and outdoors including (see below for further details)
• The opportunity book additional treatments subeject to availability
• All meals are included in the price and are for 2 people:
  • A three-course evening meal
  • A Continental style buffet breakfast the following morning
  • Lunch on day of departure

Experience details

• This spa break includes one-night accommodation at Champneys Henlow Grange
• The one night spa breaks are available from Sunday to Wednesday only
• All rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 on the day of departure
• All bedrooms are comfortable and centrally heated, have a remote controlled television, telephone, hairdryer, mini safe and refreshment facilities
• A one-night stay based on two people sharing a twin Standard room

Essential information

• Robes can be hired at the resort (a deposit is required if not included in your rate)
• Slippers may be worn within the resort and are available for purchase from the boutiques
• Please bring swimwear for the Spa areas
• The gymnasium and classes require exercise wear and trainers, preferably two pairs - one for indoor and one for outdoor activities
• For country hikes, walking shoes are suggested
• Only paying guests will be permitted within the resort
• Champneys is covered by Public Liability Insurance
• You will receive an instruction pack (including directions) and a written confirmation of the date and break booked

Restrictions

• Minimum age is 16 years
• Treatments included in this offer are not suitable for guests who are in early pregnancy (up to three months)

Delivery details

You will not receive a voucher for this experience but your confirmation e-mail is your proof of booking and is all you need to attend your spa break
