I honestly can't think of any faults for this hotel! It was clean, modern looking, friendly staff and in an excellent location, just a walk away from everything in the center. I will definately be booking this hotel the next time I come to Newcastle.

Good hotel that I have used several times before. Ideally placed for central Newcastle and easy five minute walk from railway stration.

Good hotel in good location-but tends to be favoured for stag/hen parties so a bit too noisy and crowded over weekends making it not the ideal location for older guests and families

The hotel was nice, the room was nice, Good location, did't really use the bar or restaruanets. Only problem being booked a triple room for 3 men so 2 had to share a bed double bed.

Excellent Hotel location within walking distance for the Arena and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful .

Hotel was excellent value for money and very easy to book. Facilities are not very good at the hotel though, no room service at all and the staff were not very helpful.

I find lastminute.com easy to use, the information is both reliable and consistent. This faith in the reliability of the information creates peace of mind and shortens the time it takes to get the right hotel at the right price. The location directions and anciliary services are also very useful added value.
