What you said
Disappointed we had to pay £12 for parking and a further £25 for breakfast. We had a deluxe room which was nice but a bit on the small side. Staff very very helpul.

It's a lovely hotel and I'd strongly recommend it.My only two criticisms are firstly that the lovely pale carpets are very stained - even in the bedroom. Secondly even though we stayed on a Sunday night, the noise from outside was distracting.

This is a lovely small and friendly hotel in the very centre of Newcastle. The rooms are stylish and have everything a traveller could possibly need. The only downside - the walls are too thin and when a neighborough woke and put the TV on at 5am I was also awake and listening to GMTV through the walls! Not the best if you need a nice long sleep or fancied an indulgent lie in!

Similar to a previous reviewer's comments, it is not made clear if breakfast is included or not (It isn't). This makes a difference when trying to evaluate value for money options with other hotels.

Great location, smart decor, excellent service. Very nice room; only criticism was noise - paper thin walls meant you could hear everything in corridor and room next door.

This boutique hotel was a really gorgeous experience. The free glass of wine was a nice touch too! Also very conveniently located with good access to parking and shops just up the road. Grey Street itself is really monumental.

Fantastic contemporary hotel in a great city centre location. Room was not as big as anticipated, but was presented well - comfy beds too! Friendly helpful staff.Only bad point was the price of the breakfast! Not very good value for money. We did have an issue with noise coming from the floor below (sounded like the air conditioning unit) but after trying to sleep unsuccesfully we reported the problem and were moved into an alternative room immediately! However, would definately go back!
