Featuring an extensive and carefully chosen list of international wines as well as a wide selection of beers, spirits and liqueur's, guests have a great range of choices to compliment their food or just to enjoy a tipple. The Brasserie in the Spa also has a good selection of beverages which can be enjoyed on the terrace in the summer months, overlooking the golf course and taking in the sights, sounds and smells of the surrounding area.

- Directions: From the North: Leave the A1 at Exit 58 (A68 Corbridge). Take the A68 west (Bishop Auckland, Corbridge) and go straight on at the roundabout signposted A68 West Auckland. Travel 2.5miles and turn left at Junction onto B6275. Travel a further 2.3miles to crossroads and turn right (B6279 Staindrop). Follow road for 1.6miles and then turn left signposted Headlam. Travel 0.6miles to enter Headlam and the Hotel is on left after phone box. From the South: Leave the A1 at exit for B6275 (Piercebridge). Follow the road all the way to Piercebridge arriving at 'T' Junction (facing Carlbury Arms) and take a left. Turn left again onto the A67 travelling 0.2miles before taking a right signposted Headlam. Follow this road for 2.7miles then turn right at junction and travel into Headlam, Hotel is on the Right.
