Choose from two of the following; an invigorating deep tissue massage, aromatherapy back neck and shoulder massage, Hot stones back neck and shoulder massage or a rejuvenating taster facial from Elemis.

Following your treatments, we invite you to try our unique waterbeds relaxation room where there is no time limit, a time to escape the pressures of everyday life.

You may choose to spend the rest of the day taking advantage of the fantastic facilities including a state of the art air conditioned gym, access to various classes including Pilates, Spinning, aerobics etc not forgetting use of the pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

What happens on your Spa break?

• A choice of two treatments each
• Use of the Waterbeds relaxation room
• Robes and towels are provided for the duration of the day
• Use of all health club facilities including classes (classes are subject to availability), air conditioned gym, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi

Experience details

• Location: Darlington, County Durham, DL11ST
• Check-in time is 09:00, however this can be changed to suit your individual needs
• Please allow up to half a day for the whole experience
• Experience is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays
• No food is included although food is available to purchase from the café bar

Essential information

• You need to bring your order confirmation e-mail, swimming costumes and suitable clothing for the gym and classes on the day of your experience
• Experience is for two persons only
• Disabled access is available
• Experience is not weather dependant

Restrictions

• Minimum age is 18 years
• A doctors note will be required for certain treatments
• A medical check will be completed for visitors using the facilities

• You will not receive a voucher for this experience. Your order confirmation e-mail is your proof of booking and is all you need to attend your spa day
