    My wife and I booked for the first time on lastminute.com. What impressed us about lastminute was not only the ease with which we booked our theatre tickets, but the prompt and efficient refund that we got when our hotel booking turned out to be a booking to a hotel from hell.     Was unable to use tickets because of illness. Couldn't contact customer service team - the link takes you to a form for pre-booking information. Tried the 'My Account' link, but my order was not listed so was unable to contact anyone to see if i could get a refund. Also because the tickets were not sent to me, I was unable to pass them on to anyone else who could use them and so lost my money. Also was unable to contact the theatre direct.

    I hunted and hunted for tickets for an important event. I tried Last Minute as I had to make a booking - but was worried about the seats as I was not informed of seat numbers. I should not have been seats and the whole evening were excellent

    I'm recommending lastminute to so many people - for theatre bookings mostly, that I think I should really e on commission!I think it's FAB!

    Please can you make a simple one page "certificate" style confirmation of bookings which can be printed and taken to the venue. This should have all the reference numbers, dates and details. I printed out 8 pages because you said I needed to print the ema il confirmation (most of which is T&Cs and adverts). The venus never asked for any of it so it was a waste of paper, and a lot to carry about.

    After cancelling our order (that we placed a month before the event )for the theater tickets 2 days before the show would take place you still have the guts to send this survey to us, which in my opnion just proves how crapy you lot are....the phone numbe r you left for contacting your customer service put me through to a person I could hardly understand and in the end didn't help at all !!! These tickets where booked for a surprise birthday present for my father-in-law's 70th birthday and totally ruined o

    The Tickets I purchased were supposed to be for Row B Stalls but we actually got seats in Row O Stalls which were excellent but I did not expect the seats to change at all. Everything else was perfect.

    What a shambles - I booked and paid for this 2 months prior to the event and received a cancellation email from lastminute.com at 6.40pm the night before the show!!! Good job I hadn't travelled a day earlier!!! This was too late to rebook an alternative s how and spoilt the weekend. Now I receive an email to ask how it was for me!!!????

    The experience was somewhat sullied by the fact that due to an alleged computer malfunction at your end the tickets I was confirmed as having booked were not available and I ended up with tickets for the matinee rather than the evening show. This required a rework of travel and other bookings which cost me money in changing rail tickets etc. You have, however, offered a £20 voucher, which I am awaiting receipt of, to compensate, and whilst it does not totally do so at least it is a gesture towards righti

    You cancelled my booking 8 days before the show after keeping over 100 pound for nearly a month ,To this day i have never even had an apology. I never got to see the show so poor all round would be my rating.

    I unfortunatly did not receive the orifinal booking notification e-mail so assumed I had no booking cosequently I ended up with 4 tickets for 2 different shows for the same night after searching your site to double check after I suddenly discovered the mo ney had been debited from my account
