Enjoy a specially prepared three courses dinner in olives Restaurant at Millennium Baileys Hotel playing host to a fabulous Cher tribute, performed by the wonderful Tania Alboni.

Starters

• Tomato and red onion salad, smoked mozzarella fritter and basil oil
• Salmon and prawn roll with marie rose sauce
• Confit duck terrine with a citrus chutney

Main course

• Roast tomato filled with feta cheese and black olives
• Pan fried stone bass, crushed new potatoes and dill cream
• Breast of corn fed chicken, fondant potato and wilted spinach

Desserts

• Iced red berry parfait
• Trio of chocolate with raspberry coulis
• Selection of cheese
