• Axis: Following a refurbishment this August, Axis will reopen with a stunning, fresh look and exciting, original menus. Tony Fleming, the new Executive Chef, is putting the finishing touches to the modern British menus which are centred around the Taste Britain philosophy - working closely with local suppliers to produce great food from the best seasonal ingredients. Axis Bar will also have a new look, with a greater selection of wines by the glass to complement a new bar menu.

Bar

• The Lobby Bar: Named one of the top five hotel bars in the world by the Sunday Telegraph, the Lobby Bar has been hot from the day it opened. With stunning double height space and original contemporary sculptures, vast flower arrangements set high on Perspex plinths, bespoke furniture, dark oak panelling, polished limestone floor and simple clean lines. Spacious and airy yet exceptionally comfortable. Serious cocktails and delectable bar food with a brilliant buzz.
• The Cinnamon Bar: High energy espresso bar serving creative light food throughout the day. Fabulous coffee, specialty teas, high energy juices, freshly made smoothies, irresistible cakes and perfect sandwiches make it a great daytime destination. The focus in the evening switches to tapas, sangria and cocktails, ideal for a bite before or after the theatre.
