• Please note that queues can be long during busy times (particularly school holidays), and that it can take over an hour from joining the back of the queue until you reach the entrance - please make allowances for this time
• Please note: lastminute.com discounted tickets for the London Dungeon are not fast track tickets and you will be required to join the main queue.
• To claim your table reservation and tickets, please present a copy of your confirmation email and the credit card you made the booking with when arriving at the restaurant and at the venue. Your tickets will be held for you to collect at the venue's box office one hour before the performance
• 
  Please remember to bring along the voucher from your confirmation email
  
  If you fail to bring these, you will not be admitted
  If you don't have a printer, make a note of the order number at the top of your confirmation email and present this with your credit card
  
• Not suitable for very young children, or for those of a nervous disposition. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
• No dress code
