The subterranean treatment rooms are in a five-star hotel in the heart of London (Mayfair, obviously). Visit for the fantastic results-driven treatments rather than a pool (as there isn't one). What happens on your spa break?

Upon arrival you will be welcomed to the Spa and given a tour of all the facilities. You will be issued with your personal locker, a robe, slippers and fresh towels. You will then have a full hour of relaxation where you will enjoy the herbal sauna, aromatic steam room, experience showers and ice fountain. Your therapist will then take you into your private treatment room for your massage and scrub. <//p> After this you will be taken through to the Cleopatra mud bath.

After this your therapist will take you through to our candle lit relaxation room, where you will be served sorbet and herbal tea.

• The experience is available from Monday to Thursday. Arrival time is 11:30 and treatment time is 12.30
