What happens on your spa day?

On arrival, head to the K Spa reception on Level 1 of K West Hotel and Spa. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your pre-booked treatment time, which will be a two-hour slot in the dry floatation suite. After you have chosen your lunch from the light spa lunch set menu and booked a time in the restaurant, you will be given a key to the changing rooms along with the essentials.

At the time of your appointment, you will have a 30-minute back and shoulder massage while your friend enjoys a 30-minute dry floatation treatment. You then swap over and afterwards are free to enjoy your private sauna and shower in the dry floatation suite for up to a further hour. You can enjoy unlimited use of the Spa facilities throughout the day.

Your special spa day for two people (£165) includes:

• Back and shoulder massage each (30 minutes)
• Dry floatation treatment each (30 minutes)
• Up to one additional hour in your therapy suite, which includes your own sauna
• Full use of spa facilities (as mentioned below)
• Light lunch served in Kanteen restaurant

Please note that the treatment time must be booked in advance. Also, all spa facilities are subject to availability.

• The Spa opens at 10.00 in the morning. You are requested to arrive at least 45 minutes before your treatment time with the confirmation e-mail

Essential information

• You will be provided with a locker, robes, towels, slippers, shampoo, body lotion and hairdryers by the Spa
• You need to bring your confirmation e-mail with you as a proof of booking, exercise wear for the gym and swim wear for the Jacuzzi. Kindly note that there is no swimming pool at K Spa

• Minimum age is 18 years
• Full consultation will be given but please advise any medical conditions at the time of booking
