You will then depart conveniently from the pier at the London Eye. The boat has covered and sun deck seating. Toilets are available on board.

Event details

• River Cruise and London Eye Experience can be redeemed from 10.00 on the day of booking, there are a number of time slots throughout the day and customers are given details below of how to reserve a convenient time
• The cruise takes 40mins, the flight on the Eye takes 30mins, and these can be experienced in any order
  You should allow two to two and a half hours from start to finish

Ticket & hotel details

• Timings for the River Cruise & London Eye experience vary, and we request that customers call The London Eye direct and reserve a convenient time after the booking has been made. You will be given the telephone number in your confirmation email. Available times (subject to availability) are:

  Winter: October - May

• 10.00 - 20.00 Daily (first cruise is at 10.45, last cruise at 17.45)

Summer: June - September

• 10.00 - 21.00 Daily (first cruise is at 10.45, last cruise at 17.45)

In ALL cases you must on the day exchange your confirmation email at the box office in the Riverside Building, County Hall prior to your experience, and it is recommended that you allow at least 15 minutes for ticket collection

• Your hotel voucher will be at the bottom of your confirmation email. You must present this at the hotel reception desk at check-in, which is usually from 15.00 on the day of your reservation.
