What you said
As a same sex couple we were a little put off when the reception desk clerk offered to move us to a twin three times, despite our booking a double and stating that a double was fine. This was suprising considering we were in the UK. Other than that this hotel is fine for an airport stay.

Hotel was really impressive given the low booking cost. Took some time to get into London centre, but worth the comprimise. Only minor gripe regarding hotel was the the lack of a well-stocked shop. They facilities in that respect could do with upgrading given the huge size of the place. In other repects though, no comprimise was made in terms of service or standards.

This hotel is conveniently located to the airport and quite new. However the rooms are small, meals expensive, and service lacking. There is no concierge desk and we could not get help with luggage despite many staff mulling about.Alowing smoking in the lobby and open bar area was a huge turnoff for us non smokers as the whole place was heavy with smoke in the evenings.The wireless internet works well but is very expensive to use.Only stay if you have no other choice.

Efficiently run travel hotel. Rooms are small but furnished to a very high standard with comfortable beds. Sound proof! Overall, a good choice.
