The hotels location and facilities were great however, this was completely ruined by very poor service in the dining room, from room service and from the front desk. I was very disappointed as I expected more from the Raddisson chain.

The lobby is the only impressive part of the hotel. The rooms are more 2* than 5*, it is dreadfully overpriced and the service is terrible (no porter to carry bags in and out, they declined both my credit cards when they were both working fine and made no apology).

Don't rely on the hotel hoppa bus as it can be full and delay your arrival at the airport.£6 return is quite pricey as well.

Good for those looking for the basics. Health centre is good and staff were friendly. Rooms were great and v.little noise or intrusion. If I had to pay more then 40 a night I wouldn't have liked it so thanks for the deal last minute!

It was a short but very convenient, comfortable stay and the hotel answered all our needs before we had to leave very early the next morning.

A good hotel but not the best we've stayed at.Love Lastminute.com and in fact we've recomended it to someone else tonight without knowing that this survey was waiting on our email service!
