    It is great to have a site that does deals on shows where you are unable to purchase at Leicester Square etc for shows that night deals.

    Excellent service and easy booking. I would have liked to see a map of the theatre so I knew where our seats were before I booked as if my mam had been with us she would not have been able to climb all those stairs. However as it was just myself and my ch ildren it was no problem.

    We booked up for a london show that was non-existent. THis was a special for our 10th anniversary and we had booked into a london hotel. When I phoned in to complain as was told that I had to write. I thought that lastminute.com was an e-commerce company. Will not be using this company again and have been telling friends and family about the terrible experience we had. I will expand this out unless lastminute.com actually react properly and adequately to a customer satisfaction issue.

    We enjoyed the show however, we felt that for the amount of money we paid the seats were not very good - too far back fromt he stage and very uncomfortable for tall people. I would have expected seats closer to the front for £40 pp.

    I had to change the booking because of a family bereavement. It was almost impossible to make quick contact (i.e. no phone contact possible). This was very frustrating. As a result I cancelled with lastminute and rebooked the new date through Ticketmaster . I would have prefered to arrange the new booking with lastminute but it was just too hard. Lastminute did arrange a refund which was appreciated.

    once the tickets were booked it was very difficult to get any extra info. it would be helpful to have a phone number to call. rather than the lengthy process of waiting for an e-mail responce.

    I use Last Minute for theatre tickets, accommodation and meals and have been really pleased with the results.

    I would suggest you state in more detail the type of seats being purchased as I am a vertigo sufferer and was dismayed to find I was right at the top of the theatre looking down on the show (thankfully we were moved!)

    I do think that Lastminute.com is excellent value for money, and wanted to buy tickets to the same show for a friend- but the ticket collection system is really complicated- requiring a letter and copy of the credit card. I would rather buy gift tickets from Ticketmaster as I can physically hand the tickets over.
