    I use lastminute.com a lot, it's brilliant. Shame you haven't had another deal on the Hilton in Budapest as I'd have loved to have taken my boyfriend, who is 30 in May.

    unfortunately I thought I was booking for Woman in White so it was a shock whenon the night we realised that we were going to Woman in Black!!!Ican only think that I made amistake when reading the web site.However the show was good and we hope to get to Woman in White at some stage.

    I have booked 2 shows with last minute and both times the seats have been awful. In future I will check the actual theatre site as they usually have the same deals and I can pick the seats.

    It's nice to know that wherever you are planning to go, and at whatever time, you can always look to lastminute for entertainment - and get it at a good rate. Atmostphere and entertainment value top notch, although the age of the theatre inevitably means it's a little cramped. Wouldn't swap it for anywhere else!

    The system is very good, but when a meal was booked with tickets, the restaurant had no notification of the meal, the restaurant had to ring up to sort out the booking.

    I bought theatre tickets. It was not obvious when booking that there could be a restricted view with the tickets allocated. Although there was a substantial reduction on the price of the tickets it was not expected that this was due to the seats allocat ed to the offer having a restricted view. This did not apply to all the seats but to one of the three.

    I have bought tickets from the 'tickets for a tenner' section of Last Minute and have always been really pleased but am disappointed to find that this section seems to have disappeared. I would like to see this re instated as it was a great way of gettin g to see top shows at a much reduced price. This was a great help when buying for a family. My kids love to go the theatre but regular prices make it almost impossible.

    I think we were a bit unfortunate on the night we went to see this play there was a lot of school children in the audience and they were particularly noisey with creaking seats and muching on crisps and sweets and talking so we missed probably vitals part s of it through not being able to hear. Do not use my comments.

    The only thing that annoyed me was that i paid for the top price tickets expecting to be in the stalls-as stated-and was actually placed in the first gallery in bad seats, so had to be asked to be moved.Wasnt impressed with the seats issued by yourselfs after stating that they were the best.

    The website was not the easiest to use and there is no indication that seats will be booked next to one another. I feel that clearer information could be provided, but customer services staff were pleasant and helpful.

    The show we saw was the Woman In Black and we probably had the best seats in the theatre, but I would have liked to have known when booking what seats we were buying. Because of this, I would not buy top price tickets through lastminute, as I generally al ways want to choose where we sit and wouldn't want to be disappointed if paying out a lot of money.

    It would be nice to see where in the theatre the seats are. I don't think you can do anything about this but my boyfriend is very tall and there was hardly room for his legs in the seats!

    In terms of the venue there are always too many school kids who tend to spoil the show if you are sitting behind them. It would be good if they had a separate section for school parties or better still an 'adults only' night each week.

    Would like to see the seat numbers we are buying for theatre tickets as this is crucial to whether we want them or not.Also when you search for availability on a certain date under a specific price it often pulls up offers that are more expensive then t he criteria.

    We booked tickets for Woman in Black the evening before the show on lastminute.com. We paid half the normal ticket price and were allocated good seats for what turned out to be an excellent show.

    I found the same deal cheaper elsewhere after making my purchase.Lastminute.com should either offer more competitve prices and deals or allow a cool-off periodafter a purchase is made. This would demonstrate its committment to its customers and in turn wo uld increase confidence in the company and its products.

    I was unable to purchase tickets for the theatre on four seperate occasions because i was taken to a security alert page for my Lloyds card and also my Egg card. I understand why it is important to do this in order to prevent freud. However i have booked tickets with you on a number of occasions and it has never happened before.     Unfortunately, the training course I was due to attend in London was cancelled the day after I'd booked my Theatre ticket through lastminute.com. As I live in Chester, the ticket was no longer of any use to me. I contacted Customer Services who explained that the ticket price was non-refundable. I was therefore out of pocket by £17.50 (cost of ticket) plus the booking fee for a show I didn't attend.

    Each time I book there is a problem with the booking page, with the calender and then it won't take me to the next page. It is so frustrating! This may be because I am using a mac with Safari, but I did try using INternet Explorer and the same thing happe ned. If this was resolved then I would rate 5/5 for ease of booking.

    The tickets themselves were good value for money but I think it is a complete rip off to charge £2.50 per ticket handling charge. It will make me think twice about booking this way again.

    Due to BA strike I needed to re-arrange this event. No other contact than a 3 day email response did not give me that ability.Hence for events I will not be using Lastminute as I can't rely on contact if there are events beyond my control.Seeing as yo u promote last minute - I think you need to re-consider your procedures!

    I thought the tickets were good value for money but the customer service was awful - I contacted several times asking for someone to assist me with a booking query but no one got back to me and I struggled to even find the form to begin with. I did not ev en receive an email apologising for not being able to help me with my query even though I was in touch 3 times before the event.

    I used lastminute over a month ago so this seems a little late. I used lastminute over the summer for a holiday and was appalled by your customer service. In spite of taking nearly £1000 lastminute failed to confirm my hotel reservation with the villa ca sing us to find alternate accommodation. 6 months on, I still have not received an apology or any sort of compensation.

    The theatre tickets were a half price deal, so we went for what would normally be the most expensive seats in the theatre. However, we were disappointed to find our seats were right on the front row - which meant we constantly had to crane our necks, and it was difficult to see everything that was going on stage. We wished we had opted for the cheaper seats instead. We may have been further back in the balcony area, but at least we would have had a more comfortable view. I don't know who allocates the sea

    The only issue I have, which is actually with the theatre but thought you should know, is that I booked the tickets for my parents as a present. The confirmation said that only the card holder can pick up tickets and I phoned the theatre who confirmed th is to be true. I had to go into the West End to meet my parents to collect the tickets - not very convenient - and the theatre didn't ask for my credit card!
