Description

You'll laugh and you'll cry as you follow Willy Russell's story of two scouse brothers separated at birth and flung to opposite ends of the social spectrum.

    Although the musical was very good, the seats reserved was at the first row which was not very good in terms of viewing, although when I booked, it was stated that it was a discout on the top price ticket.

    The only down side about booking the ticket was that I did not know which seats I was getting. The Phoenix Theatre is small and therefore it did not affect our experience but I think if it wer a larger theatre I would have been disappointed at being so n ear the back of the theatre.

    The seats we had to this event were awful being in the very back row, very cramped and with very bad visibility. I was very disappointed about this and it did spoil the event to some extent

    Not knowing the seat numbers actually being offered before buying is a difficulty. I would use lastminute.com only after trying all other avenues for tickets. Also the confirmation does not have the time of the performance - I wanted to check I'd booked the matinee - the box office didn't have my details and the confirmation didn't state it - we went on the day and hoped I'd not got it wrong.

I was extrememly surprised at our seats for the performance of Blood Brothers that i brought on my last visit to your site, the only question i have is what things determine where you s it for shows and things, as we were right at the front making the seats an absolute bargain...     Hi - i booked the theatre tickets for a present for my parents on my credit card - however you stipulated that it had to be the card holder who collects the tickets - this makes it a bit awkward - but phoned theatre who said it would be OK for my Father t o collect tickets even though he wouldn't have my cards. He took receipt print out as proof of ID

    Customer Service was ok until i booked tickets for blood brothers on friday 17th March which is all fine, until i received a phone call on the wednesday before, saying that you had taken the money OUT of my account but the theatre was fully booked and we couldn't see the show. My last booking was for 9 tickets for Fame the Musical and it was brilliant.I order all my theatre tickets, flights, holidays, books and CD's online plus about 30% of presents.However, previously I've found contacting customer services is difficult and slow.     I had to cancel my booking at the theatre as it was close to the London bombings. My friends were suppose to be coming from all over the country, into London. They felt akward about coming and the train network was a nightmare. Also it did not feel correc t celebrating when so many people had died. So I attempted to re arrange the visit but was not allowed to. I found the people at last minute very difficult to get hold of. Everybody I spoke to were very rude and not willing to listen, they were like broke

    The theatre and restaurant guide are all great value for money. The seating at the musical shows are excellent and the recommended food outlets are always within easy walking distance between both outlets.

    I purchased tickets to Blood Brothers in the west end of London. The tickets were sold to me as a "save up to £27.50" offer. The order number was 58102461. I paid 22.50 for each of the two tickets. When I got to the box office I learned from speaking to he desk clerk that the maximum price for tickets on that evening from the box office was about £30.     I am unable to complete this survey fully as we didn't go on the trip due to the London bombings, I believe we will be refunded for our hotel as we managed to cancel that but lost the rest of our money(flights, shows, trips etc) So overall was very disap pointed not to have actually had the trip!!!!!!

    Not knowing beforehand the seats we had been allocated in the theatre was a big problem. We were given front row seats which might sound like a good deal, but when this means there is no leg room and you are sitting at eye level to the stage floor it mad e our experience quite a painful one!

    When booking theatre tickets, it would be nice if there was a way of knowing what seats you are going to get. Stalls, dress or upper, etc. The row and number would be great, but maybe a little difficult to facilitate on the web!Thanksmb

    I ordered four tickets the morning of the show and then an additional ticket just hours before the show. The theatre kindly allocated tickets all together.

    the seats you always give are crapive had hidden seats, seats with bars in front and this time we wereinthe front row, it was awful, we had to move backandther dinners are cheats too you get such a reduced menu its awfulit sounds good value on your site but really you get second class service allalong the wayid rather pay more and get a nice dinner and nice theatre seat

    we had to cancel our family holiday this year, so I decided to take our 12 year old daughter to London for a few days. We had 3 days of girlie shopping, sightseeing. Last Minute came up trumps with a great hotel in central London. However, the icing on th e cake was seeing both Blood Brothers and Mary Poppins - Great seats - Great fun- Great value. Thanks!!!!

    It's just a shame that when you book theatre tickets, you can't see where you will be sitting. As my friend and I were stuck right on the end of a row, so didn't get the best view. There were still lots of better seats available (more central), so unsur e as to why we didn't get them.

    Every tim eI have purchased Theatre tickets through last minute the seats have been in the front two rows. I have had to move seats to get a view of the stage. I dont think I will purchase tickets for theatre through last minute as I prefer a good view of the stage.

    Had a fantastic time at Blood Brothers and the seats - although high up - were fantastic! i took my boyfriend for his 21st as a suprise and he really enjoyed it too - all in all, a superb night out thanks to Lastminute.com!!!

    The day before i was due to go, i got really ill and couldnt leave my bed, i was unable to go to theatre, couldnt get my money back, and was passed all over place when i got through to last minute and was fed up listening to recorded messages. therefore i was not the happiest camper about things.

    The details on the website implied we were paying for full price seats. We were actually sitting at the very top of the theatre and had paid over 50% more than that of the tickets face value. I doubt I would use last minute again for theatre tickets.

    The event itself was fantastic, the only problem i had was with your complete refussal to help me out as i had made a mistake on line and had to repay so the deal was quite expensive, i feel that this is not acceptable that i can make a mistake online but this can not be recitified by your customer services team, the event cost me £84 instead of £42, not happy at all

    I left halfway through the performance (not the only one to do so) as theatre was freezing cold. Seats also changed at last minute. Would have stayed if more comfortable.

    I believe the web site said that I was getting top class tickets. The seats we had were the very front row of the stalls, close to the stage with little leg room. I would not regard these as amongst the best seats in the house, but then again, others mi ght I suppose. Fortunately, it did not detract too much from the overall experience of celebrating my son's 21st birthday and it was a good show (Blood Brothers).

    The only time i have had difficulty with lastminute.com is booking hotel's. Sometimes on booking hotels you have to pay the hotel directly instead of paying yourselfs first, the main reason i use last minute.com is so i can book hotels using my solo card,
