What you said
The bedroom was far too hot even though I turned the heating down as much as possible.

Didn't activate key card so had to go back to reception. Then got in room to find kettle not working. Didn't rush getting a new one to us either. Room dated needed refitting.

All in all a pretty good place to stay, well placed and the staff were very helpful. My only grievance was that the continuity of broadband reception in the hotel was questionable. That said, I will definitely be returning.

As we only stayed one night it was quite difficult to review the facilities, one thing that did stand out though was how expensive the car parking was, I realise it is city centre etc, but it cost £3.20 for an hour, I suggest getting the train!

This hotel was clean is a great location, the reception area was good and the staff helpful but the floral decor in the bedroom was over the top. It would be great for the older generation but not for me. Rooms need a modern make over.

Well located hotel in the centre of Manchester. Overall great value for money. The rooms and bathrooms could do with an update but the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

I oredered room service for breakfast at 8:00-8:30 - it arrived at 8:45! The waitress had no change, and returned 30mins later. The room was internal, but the air con. didn't work. The room became very hot. The ventilation through the bathroom was also inadequate.I am a Building Services Engineer

This is a really fun hotel, plenty of unusual design features that I've never seen anywhere else before. Very original! May be a bit overpriced but I think it was worth the money. Area was also great, very near s-bahn and u-bahn. The street itself is very quirky-lots of scruffy artists desgin studios which sit very well together with swanky restaurants and cocktials bars.

A wonderfuuly sited hotel right at the heart of Manchester. 3 star status but has restaurants, bar and leisure facilities. Absolutely ideal for shops, museums, and cinemas.

Very nice hotel but in the old red light district of Manchester and a little intimidating if you are arriving late at night.

I was given your name by a friend 2 years ago and almost always use your services for hotel visits around the UK.I have never had cause to say anything but nice things about you.Its refreshing in this world of complaint to give credit where its due and to me you deserve your plaudits and I look forward to using you again in the future.

Whilst there was no real problem with the room or anything else, I actually paid for a double room, but received a room with two single beds stuck together. This was very uncomfortable. I appreciate the room is heavily discounted, but I should have received what I paid for.

I sometimes have difficulty in discerning what a "standard room" is. I usually book twins but sometimes this is not on offer.Often it says room will sleep 2/3 but does not say how many beds.I would like this to be clear.
