The lowry hotel is a delight its the perfect place to stay whilst on business. It relaxes you as soon as you walk through the doors. the rooms are beautiful and furnished just how your home should be. I was tired and chose room service and it was exceptional the staff were wonderful even the handyman. And the bed the perfect size. I also recomend the hot chocolate and brownie you can get brought to your room before bed. The lowry hotel sets the standard of how hotels should be.

Hotel is situated in a developing area - lots of construction / ageing properties nearby. Not much character to the hotel lobby, tea/coffe facilities not provided in room as standard but available on request. Hotel seemed rather overpriced compared to similar standard hotels in the area.

This hotel has absolutely beautiful rooms (I'd know, I've stayed at virtually every 4 and 5 star hotel in Manchester). However, the "fitness" facilities are most favourably described as pathetic. Imagine walking into a cupboard with 1 fixed weights machine and 1 treadmill (not even a clock or a water fountain) and you've got "the fitness room". In a 5* hotel this simply isn't good enough. The staff's response? "Well nobody really uses it!!!" - I wonder why...?

Nice hotel, but in an area that is yet to be finished. For a 5 star hotel most people would expect a gym, pool and better bathrooms. Great sized rooms.

The Lowry is a true five star hotel with great service and contempory bedrooms and decor.The only thing to note is the spa is a dry spa with no hot tub or swimming pool. But a very posh spa if you need any treatments

Great stylish hotel with superb bar and gym, would highly reccommend. Don't let people tlee you it's too far from City centre, it's a 3 minute walk!

Good convenient hotel. Unfortunately trainee receptionist took over 20 minutes to check me out. (she had charged me for two nights parking and two breakfasts). The hotel also debitted my card for my room which I had already paid for. I'm still waiting to recoup my money

Had a really good time at the Lowry. It's a pretty plush hotel and the staff were very friendly and attentive.I would definately recommend this hotel.Only thing I would say is that it might not suit everyone as it is a modern htoel and therfore coudl feel a little clinical to some.

excellent five star hotal at frankly, 3 star prices!we were given one of the best rooms on the hotel with amazing views of Manchester. Luxurious doesn't do it justice.The bar, river restaurant and especially the spa were all first class!Book it now! Gideon, Manchester
