What you said
Nice appartment, unfortunatly we'd been allocated the wrong room on arrival. This was quickly resolved. Didn't have the required internet access, but again the duty manager did offer us a solution. Overall good.

It was an excellent break with the kids; at short notice so we were pleased with how convenient it all was, and with the private car park. We'll use lastminute again.

Was a brilliant lovely appartment, only problem was i requested a smoking room and was given a no smoking room with no word about the issue from the receptionist

We stayed at the hotel as were going to a concert at the Nottingham Arena which is literally next door. It's also only a short walk to the city centre and lace market area. The apartment was nice (although the kitchen wasn't the cleanest) and great if you're going as two couples, cheaper than a hotel and you get a shared living area.

Only a couple of minutes from the city centre. Apartment was very nice high standard though the main bedroom was a little crampt but nice. There was broadband in the room for a very cheap price for 24 hours (or pay by hour). Reception where very helpful.

The hotel was fantastic, clean, location wasvery good for central attractions. Staff were polite and helpful, however on departurethere we were overcharged for room expenses. Upon querying the costswith management we were treated extremely rudely, and no effort was made to rectify thesituation. Overall a good experience but senior staff made the entire staff look bad.
