This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Nottingham best bars and clubs. My only criticism is that my single room (no.17) was small and had no bath.

The room was fab but over priced if we had paid the full rate and very let down that there are no tea or coffee making facilities. Room service was £2.60 for a pot of tea!!!

Excellent hotel - real value for money. Extremely difficult to find. Nottingham has a very confusing oneway system!

This budget hotel offers reasonably good quality of service. The rooms are adequate in fittings, but there is a wide difference among them with regard to view. The restaurant offers rather pretentious menus that the food does not live up to, and the service is not good. However, just across the round courtyard is an adequate burger-and-beer spot, and next door is a quick-snack takeaway/deli. The hotel is close to the canal in an attractive area with a lot of bistros and bars not far away, but it's a little difficult to find when walking.

One of the best 4* hotels in the city with the best location. Great bar and wonderful food in restaurant and room service. With exception of Superior, rooms are a little on the small side and doors open directly onto the bed area, also paint colours are a little garish in some of the rooms.

The Lace Market Hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Nottingham with easy access to the centre of the city, bars, restaurants, shops, tourist attractions and business centres. The place oozes style with a cocktail bar and separate restaurant downstairs, both excellantly rated. The hotel felt like a little indulgent home from home. I would recommend it for a treat.

The Lace Market Hotel promised an excellent stay, and delivered - from the friendliness of the staff to the little aveda shower gel for when I'd forgotten mine, all was exceptional!

The lace market hotel was overall good, but not very good as I was expecting. The service was excellent, as was the location of the hotel. Parking was not at the hotel and was expensive. The rooms, despite being very tasteful and stylishly decorated were on the small side and no a/c was a definite minus. Overall, fairly good with excellent staff.
