The building is stunning and set in huge grounds. The hydrotherapy pool is at the centre of this spa experience and the aroma cave is particularly popular. What happens on your spa break?

The spa experience at Thoresby Hall Hotel and Spa is based on the ancient ritual of bathing where the body is heated and then cooled by a series of temperature experience facilities.

Heat experiences - originating from cultures dating back thousands of years, these experiences have their roots in cleansing and beautifying the body.

• Hamman steam room
• Hydro spa pool
• Foot spas

Cool experiences - it is important to cool down after using one of the heat experiences and the ones provided at the Spa are ideal for this.

Please note that you both get to experience all of the heat and cold experiences once during your stay.

Treatments:

• You will enjoy a theraputic Rhassoul mud bathing treatment designed to exfoliate and deep clean your skin. This is based on Cleopatra's beauty treatments and will leave your skin feeling revitalised. This treatment lasts for 45 minutes and is for two people to experience together in the Rhassoul chamber
• You will also have a choice of one 55-minute ESPA facial or body treatment
