The Spa at Thoresby Hall is truly a place where you can go and relax in an oasis of calm. The Spa has state of the art facilities, including Hydro spa pool, sanarium, aromatherapy cave, Hammam steam room, ice cave, experience showers, relaxation lounge and outdoor terrace. In addition there are plenty of leisure facilities for you to enjoy including an 18-metre indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym, cycle hire, Tai Fit and Aqua Fun.

What happens on your spa day?

The spa experience at Thoresby Hall Hotel and Spa is based on the ancient ritual of bathing where the body is heated and then cooled by a series of temperature experience facilities.

Heat experiences - originating from cultures dating back thousands of years, these experiences have their roots in cleansing and beautifying the body.

Cool experiences - it is important to cool down after using one of the heat experiences and the ones provided at the Spa are ideal for this.

  • Monday to Thursday - £65 per person
• Check-in time is 10.00
• Please allow up to three hours for the whole experience

Essential information

• Please ensure you bring your confirmation email on the day of arrival to hand in to Spa
• Complimentary robes and slippers are provided in the Spa
• You will need to bring swimwear, comfortable clothing and footwear
• Only those with a valid booking will be admitted
• Light lunch is included
• All bookings are to be in multiples of two
• The experience is not weather dependent
• Wheelchair access is available. Please contact the supplier on the number provided in your order confirmation e-mail, to arrange such special assistance if required
• Public Liability Insurance is included

Restrictions

• Minimum age is 21 years
• Please consult your Doctor before booking, if you are on medication and/or under medical supervision:
• • If you have cancer or currently receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy for treatment of cancer
  • You have had surgery within the last 12 weeks
  • You suffer from heart or circulation problems
  • You have had a deep vein thrombosis
  • You have varicose veins
  • You have any metal plates or pins
  • You have any infections, wounds or skin diseases/disorders
  • You have joint, tendon or back problems
  • You suffer from epilepsy or asthma
  • You have diabetes or thyroid problems

Delivery details

• You will not receive a voucher for this experience. Your order confirmation e-mail is your proof of booking and is all you need to bring to attend your spa experience
• You will receive confirmation details from the supplier by post. The supplier's contact details will be included in your order confirmation e-mail
