This package allows you to enjoy fabulous facilities at Whittlebury Hall.

Full use of the leisure club and the Heat and Ice experiences are included. The Heat and Ice experience creates unique body sensations, brought about by dramatic changes in temperature. Move through the treatments increasing your body's temperature before stepping into the Ice Cave to invigorate your body and your senses. This process stimulates your circulation and aids the body to eliminate toxins through perspiration and exfoliates dead skin.

What happens on the day?

Experience details

• Location: Whittlebury Hall, Northamptonshire
• This experience is available from Monday to Thursday subject to availability
• Check in time is 09:00
• Please allow whole day for the experience
• The leisure club facilities are available for use from 09.00 onwards

Essential information

• You will be provided with a robe, towels, slippers, hair and body wash, conditioner and hair dryers for your comfort by the Spa
• You need to bring exercise wear for the gym, swim wear for the Jacuzzi and your confirmation e-mail with you as a proof of booking
• Two-course buffet lunch in the Terrace Café is provided to you. Complimentary water and fruits are available for all throughout the day. Additional refreshments may be purchased
• Lift from the ground floor to the first floor is available
• This experience is not weather dependant
• Public Liability Insurance is included, along with Personal Accident Insurance of up to £50,000 and Cancellation Insurance of up to £500, for the voucher holder. Details will be enclosed within your gift pack

Restrictions

• Minimum age is 18 years
• Access to the Heat and Ice facilities are not permitted during any stage of pregnancy
• Please advise the supplier of any medical conditions at the time of booking

• Please call Whittlebury Hall to book any additional treatments. The number will be provided in your confirmation e-mail
• You will not receive a voucher for this experience but your confirmation e-mail is your proof of booking
• Please note that only valid confirmation holders and their companions will be permitted
