Accommodation:
- Accommodation is based on a room only basis
- Rooms vary in size from a minimum of three to a maximum of six persons
- Should the booking consist of two or less people you will be required to share your accommodation, however 3 or more people guarantees your own room

- There is a supermarket on site as well as several restaurants and eateries.
Maximum of six (6) tickets per person - please adhere to published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit may be cancelled without notice by lastminute.com at its discretion. This includes duplicate orders having the same name, billing address or credit card.

- All tickets will be collect from the main check in area (next to guest services) upon arrival. - Q. What time do the coaches depart on the Sunday?
A. 11am on the dot!! - Q. What time do I have to vacate my room on the Sunday?
A. 10:30 am - Q. Is there a late check out facility available?
A. Yes, this year the organisers are giving you the option to check out late at 2.30pm. You can do this as long as everyone on your booking agrees and the cost is £10.00 per person under the "lastminute.com" reference number. This facility can only be added when your final balance has been paid in full and is subject to availability. Please ring 0844 871 6633 during office hours and have a credit/debit card ready to go. - Q. What time will the coaches depart on the Friday for the reunion?
A. Most coaches will depart at some point between 6am - 11am on the Friday, depending on location. It is expected that Edinburgh/Glasgow coaches will depart for Skegness at 6am. These times are just a guide to help you plan your Friday. Official confirmation departure times and pick up points will be sent to you prior to departure and posted on the website. - Q. Can I still book a coach if I didn't book one originally?
A. Yes providing that you book within 2 weeks of the reunion and that there is still availability. Call the reunion hotline and have a credit/debit card ready - Q. Is there a charge for parking?
A. Yes there is a charge, £5.00 per vehicle, this will be payable upon arrival at Butlins. If you could please help us out by having the correct change this would help speed up your check in. As with most public car parks your car is left at the owners risk. - Q. Who am I likely to be sharing with at The Big Reunion?
A. As per the terms and conditions of The Big Reunion all bookings of 2 or less will be sharing. In these cases you will have your own bedroom for 2 people and bathroom facilities will be shared. Obviously we will ensure you are sharing with someone of the same sex. For anyone travelling by coach we will also try to ensure you are sharing with someone on the same coach although we can't guarantee this. - Q. What facilities are available at Butlins?
A. Facilities available on site are:- Supermarket, Splash pool, Sauna and Hydro Spa, on site Medical Centre, Burger King, Pizza Restaurant and take away, Cash ATM's (only 3) Ladbrokes, Odeon Cinema, Ten Pin Bowling, Sports Bar (sky sport)and many other bar and food joints. - Q. How do I cancel my booking?
A. If for any reason you cannot make the event then you need take no further action. Please note your booking will automatically be cancelled at loss of your deposit after the final payment day on your final confirmation invoice and there will be no further charges incurred.

- By road:
To get to Butlins, simply follow the A52 from Skegness to Mablethorpe. You can't miss the complex, just three miles from the town centre and it is signposted all the way. The main entrance is situated on the right on the A52 Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards Road. Just look out for the Skyline Pavilion it is visible up to seven miles away From the North - A52 or A16 southbound
From the South - A52, A16 or A155 northbound
From the West - A158 from Lincoln
