Restaurant

• The Belvedere Restaurant: The Belvedere is the Merton Hotels main restaurant where you can enjoy a hearty English Breakfast or Buffet dinner. Starter, Selection of hors d'oeuvers. Main Course, 2 Carved Joints and a selection of other hot items. Dessert, Buffet Desserts.
• Bonetti's Restaurant: Open throughout the day, Bonetti's offers a popular brasserie style menu, specialising in fresh continental food. Dine in a light and airy atrium or, during the summer, outside on the terrace.
• Jersey Joe's: Both an authentic diner and ice-cream parlour, Jersey Joe's is a popular spot for guests of all ages. Full of gleaming chrome, bar stools and TV screens, it is a celebration of 1950's America with perhaps the most striking feature being the front end of a pink Cadillac situated over the entrance. From a quick drink to burgers and steak sandwiches, Jersey Joe's is ideal for a light refresher, or a delicious meal that the whole family will enjoy. You can even check your emails or surf the net while you wait with Jersey Joe's new internet facilities.
• The Boulevard Lounge: In many ways, this lounge and the Boulevard itself form the heart of the hotel. The walkway connects the different parts of the building and, like a high street, provides a place to stop and chat. If you prefer to sit and watch the world go by, write a postcard or plan the days excursion, take a seat in the lounge. There is plenty of space divided into niches for your comfort and privacy, and bars serving juices, alcoholic drinks, speciality coffees, tea and cakes. In the evening you can relax and listen to the live music that is featured every evening.
• The Star Room: When it comes to entertainment, the Star Room has it all. You can have a drink here before your meal and then return to enjoy professional nightly entertainment that features cabaret and floor shows and dancing to live music between Whitsun and September. And it's all FREE to residents, proving once again that you don't have to leave the hotel to have a good time.
• Kiplings Pub: The Boulevard may be buzzing below, but this is a place to take a seat and enjoy a drink in quiet contentment. A bar with a colonial theme, Kipling's is decorated in dark, rich colours and a superb collection of wild animal prints hang on the walls. On most evenings Kipling's will host pub quizzes or other similar events.

• Directions: From Jersey Airport On leaving the airport at the roundabout, take the first exit towards St Helier (B36). At the next roundabout turn right and head down Beaumont Hill (A12). At the bottom of the hill turn left heading for St Helier (A1). Follow this road all the way to St Helier (approximately 2 miles) & travel through the underpass. Ensure you are in the left hand lane as you emerge from the underpass and continue to follow signs to the EAST. Travel through the tunnel, under Fort Regent and at the roundabout, take the third exit (A17) heading EAST. Continue along this road (La Route du Fort) through 4 sets of traffic lights (including pedestrian crossings). At the next set of traffic lights fork left onto Georgetown Road (A3). After 200 metres take the first left. This is Belvedere Hill and the Merton hotel is located at the top of the hill. The hotel car park is just past the hotel entrance on the right hand side.
