Staff were excellent especially Adrian. Great location as I needed to be near New Street Station. Got upgraded to a suite for no extra charge. Will definitely use this hotel on business and vacation

Having got a cheap booking, I was delighted with the spacious and well-appointed room I was allocated. Generally excellent value for money, although most of the hotel facilities were overpriced in my view.
