Ticket delivery

• Your hotel voucher will be at the bottom of your confirmation email. You must present this at the hotel reception desk at check-in. Comedy tickets can be collected from the box office one hour before the performance.
  Please remember to bring along the voucher from your confirmation email

Event information

• Reserved seats normally £9 Thursdays, £14 Fridays and £17 Saturdays
• You must be over 18 to attend a Jongleurs show - Photo ID will be required from anyone in the group who is lucky enough to look under 25. Accepted photo ID includes driving licence and passport only.
• Smart casual dress code - smart jeans & trainers are allowed
  No ripped jeans, baseball caps football shirts or hoodies
• Cash bond is £100 it applies to single sex parties of 16 or more and mixed sex parties or 36 or more. This will be returned at the end of the comedy show
• Please note:- Although every effort will be made to seat your party in a clear view seat, due to the structure of some of our sites your view could be restricted by a foundation pillar or post, or you could be seated on a barstool
• House rules:
  • Please refrain from heckling the acts, if a member of staff asks you to stop it is for the smooth running of the performances
  • Please refrain from talking whilst the acts are on stage for your own and other people’s enjoyment of the show
  • Please ensure all mobile phones are switched to silent or turned off whilst the show is in progress
  • Flash photography is not to be used during the show
  • To help us ensure the smooth running and prompt start of the show food will be served up until 20:15
  • Any person who repeatedly ignores the above may be asked to leave at the discretion of the Show or Venue Manager
