Start your journey with a stroll through the newly revamped Aztec jungle over boardwalks and waterfalls in search of the cocoa bean. Visit the Cadbury Story, in the themed auditorium, where you will discover the heritage of Cadbury and learn about the early struggles of the founders as they established the business. See with special effects how liquid chocolate is made before indulging your senses in the newly refurbished demonstration area and watch the skilled chocolatiers in action. With the world's largest Cadbury shop and much more, you couldn't ask for a better day out. In the two new stickylicious attractions known as Cadbury World Essence and Purple Planet, you will have a chocolate experience like never before. In Essence, you are greeted by chocolatiers who will take you back in time to the moment it was discovered how to make such delicious chocolate. Then, add to liquid Dairy Milk chocolate your choice of taste sensations to make a very special treat. In Purple Planet, try your hand at growing quality cocoa beans (not easy) and chasing a Creme Egg (no easier). Watch and have fun with chocolate rain, and see what you would be like as a chocolate figure.

You can change the dates of your hotel reservation during the booking process. We will default to check-in on the day selected for the entertainments booking, but if you would like to check-in the day before, or extend your stay, please use the 'change Hotel dates' function on the page where you select your hotel. Please note that this does not change the date of your entertainments booking.

Ticket price & availability

• General admission tickets normally £13 for adults, and from £9.95 per child

Ticket delivery

• Your hotel voucher will be at the bottom of your confirmation email, please present it at the hotel reception desk from 15.00.
  Your tickets will be held for you to collect at the venue on the day of your visit
  Please remember to bring along a complete copy of your confirmation email and the credit card that you made the booking with for ID.
  If you fail to bring these, you will be denied entry
  Tickets will only be issued to the credit card holder
