• Miyako: Experience the memorable tastes of nigiri and maki sushi, sashimi, tempura and teppanyaki grill dishes at Miyako, the traditionally decorated Japanese restaurant.
• Chalet: Located in the hotel garden the Chalet serves the finest examples of exquisite Alpine cuisine. Fondue, Raclette and a wide choice of the entire Alps mountain specialties are served in an authentic atmosphere. Dinner is served from 19:00-23:00hrs (closed on Tuesdays. Winter season only.
• Roof Garden: Roof Garden & bar is situated on the roof top terrace of the west wing with a spectacular view over the Bosphorus. The open-air restaurant specialises in modern, International cuisine. Snacks & beverages are available 15:00 ? 01:30hrs and dinner 19:00 ? 23:30hrs. During the summer season only.

• Les Ambassadeurs: Nights are encapsulated in blue at Les Ambassadeurs Bar, where you can enjoy your drinks from Internationally awarded bartenders. Delicious tapas and light snacks, and fine selection of cigars are also available. During the winter season only.
