Accommodation description
The Abacus Sun Garden Hotel is an excellent value property with a number of facilities to keep you occupied and is situated just 30m from the beach. Although the main resort centre of Alanya is 15kms away the local dolmus bus stops right outside the hotel.Mahmutlar Town is just 2 kms away. In the centre of Mahmutlar are shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets. The town is surrounded by large banana plantations and the Taurus Mountains. Every Tuesday and Saturday there is a market in Mahmutlar and you can buy anything from clothes and toys to fresh fruit and oriental spices.

Driving Directions
From the city centre, follow Alanya Road. The airport is signposted. The journey takes about 20 minutes.
Car Parking
There are car and bus parking areas at the airport, situated within walking distance of the terminal building.
Car Hire
Avis, Budget, Hertz and Sixt are all represented at the airport and can be found in International Arrivals.
Public Transport
Road: Taxi: Taxis serve the airport and leave from in front of the terminal; passengers are advised to haggle a fare before setting off. There are no public transport options to/from the airport. Hotels and tour operators often provide a courtesy shuttle service for their customers. Private airport transfers are available for a door-to-door service from companies such as Kesit Tourism (tel: (0)242 322 4440).
Information and Help Desks
There is one information desk in the Arrivals hall (tel: (0)242 330 3600 ext 1120) and one in the Departures hall (tel: (0)242 330 3600 ext 1123/4).
Airport Facilities
Money and communications: There are ATMs, a postal service and telephones. A bureau de change is situated in the International Arrivals area, although rates of exchange are not good and passengers might be better off changing money at their hotel or at banks. Eating and drinking: There are bars, cafés and fast food restaurants. Shopping: There are several shops at the airport, including duty-free in International Departures. Luggage: There is a lost property office, as well as left luggage facilities. Other facilities: Other facilities include a medical service, baby rooms and a prayer room.

Limited business facilities can be found in the CIP lounge, which is operated by Turkish Airlines. The Sheraton Voyager Antalya Hotel (tel: (0)242 238 5555) has conference facilities, including eight meeting rooms, accommodating up to 700 delegates. The Divan Talya Hotel Antalya (tel: (0)242 248 6800) also offers conference facilities at its conference centre, offering four sub-dividable rooms with audiovisual equipment.
