Itinerary

• Day 1:Flight from the UK to Zürich and rail transfer to Grindelwald. Overnight in Grindelwald.
• Day 2:Excursion to the Jungfraujoch - the hightest train station in Europe. Impressive views of snow-capped peaks and the Aletsch glacier, the longest in Europe at 22km.Overnight in Grindelwald.
• Day 3:You have a choice of 2 routes to transfer to Ticino. The first route leads through Loetschberg to Brig and on through the Centovalli valley to Locarno. The Centovalli Railway covers over 83 bridges and 31 tunnels and is well worth a journey.Important:This route traverses through Italy so some Non-British passport holders might require a Visa. Alternatively travel via Lucerne through the Gotthard tunnel to Ticino. Overnight in Locarno.
• Day 4:Free day. Take advantage of the includedHalf Fare Cardand explore the beautiful valleys and sights of Ticino. Overnight in Locarno.
• Day 5:Rail transfer to Zurich and flight back to the UK.
