Situated in various locations aroundCourchevel 1850, these privatelyowned apartments are a good basefrom which to access the superbskiing in the Three Valleys.All apartments are of a good standardand although they vary considerably interms of decor, they all conform to thegeneral descriptions below.

Types of apartments:

I 5081 Studio 1/4 persons (20-28m²): living room with either onedouble & two single beds or four singlebeds (sofa, pull out or bunk beds).

I 5083 2 room apartment 2/5persons (30-50m²): living roomwith either three single beds orone double and one single bed;twin/double bedroom.

I 5084 2 room apartment 2/6persons (35-53m²): living room withtwo beds (one pullout & one sofa bedor one set of bunks) and eithertwin/double bedroom and bunks in acabin or a four-bedded room.

I 5087 3 room apartment or 2room + mezzanine 3/6 persons (45-60m²): living room with double or twinbeds; either two twin/double bedroomsor one bedroom and mezzanine.

I 5085 3 Room apartment 4/8person: living room with either threesingle beds or one double and onesingle bed; two twin/double bedrooms(one with a third bed).

Facilities: Fully equipped kitchenor kitchenette with hotplates, oven,fridge & dishwasher; bath/showerroom with wc.

Local Expenses: Refundable depositof 300-600€ depending on the size ofthe apartment (credit cards accepted)and resort tax of c. 1€ per person perday; towels 12€ per set.
