Designed by EDSA, the American company responsible for some of the most renowned tourist complexes worldwide, Mar Menor resort offers superb design and planning.

But that’s not all. Mar Menor Golf Resort is in a truly privileged location: only five minutes away from the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor at Los Alcazares, it also has excellent access to the region’s most important cities, Murcia and Cartagena.

These brand new detached and semi-detached villas are finished to a high standard. The interiors are spacious and nicely furnished giving a modern yet cosy feel. They have air conditioning in the lounge and gas central heating throughout. Properties may be on one or two storeys. The resort centre with its many amenities is within a 15 minute walk. The properties are all of a similar style and layout but furnishings will vary. All properties have use of a communal swimming pool or you may upgrade for just £14 per villa per night and have the exclusive use of your own private pool!

The Mar Menor Golf Resort Villas vary in style, may have 1 or 2 floors and all located within a 15 minute walk of the resorts ammenties. Two bedroomed villas sleep 2 to 4 people.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is a medium size course which flows through typically Mediterranean surroundings. It is an ideal place to spend a couple of hours enjoying a magnificent game of golf. La Torre Golf Resort has 5 hectares of elaborately sculptured bunkers and can be adapted to golfers of all levels. Sharp changes in elevation and three lakes afford excellent views and make a round of golf on these 18 holes a real delight.

After your round of golf and lunch, enjoy the excellent facilities of the Social Club at Mar Menor, where you can relax with a drink, use the pool, play tennis or table tennis. Or take advantage of the wonderful treatments offered at the Spa in the on-site 5 star Inter Continental Hotel. Every ESPA treatment is a totally caring, personalised experience and the ultimate in luxury. The treatments include ESPA hot stone signature treatment, ESPA Ayurvedic Rituals, Intensive Facials, Ultimate Body Massages and Body Wraps.

Your Holiday Price Includes: Flights, car hire and accommodation for 7 nights on a self catering board basis in a 2 bedroomed villa.

Car Hire

Car hire is included in the price of this holiday which is picked up and dropped off at Murcia Airport allowing you to make your own way down to the Mar Menor resort at your own pace. The car will be suitable insize for the party (eg a mini size car such as a Ford Ka will be provided for a couple.) The car will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full.

You will be required to leave a fuel deposit of €45-90. Restrictions apply for drivers under 25 and over 70 years old. A credit card authorisation will be taken for the insurance excess of up to €400. This excess may be reduced and additional insurances purchased on collection of the car at an additional fee. Drivers must hold a valid UK/EU driving licence and all endorsements must be notified at the time of booking. You will receive a call when the booking request is received to discuss options to upgrade the car and receive full terms and conditions will be given at the time of booking.

If you do not require car hire please state in the special request box and a reduction of £20 per person will be made. Transfers may be arranged and are payable locally at approximately €40 per private taxi each way from the airport
