The Barcelona princess is a very modern comfortable clean hotel with fantastic interior design on the edge of town which is great to get away from the hustle of the centre.The tourist bus stops right outside and you can be at all the places of interest within 15mins.Overall well worth 4 stars.

this was a fantastic hotel, staff were helpful, friendly and also upon arrival transferred to 23 floor room and the view of the city was spectacular in the evneing. Would go there again ideal position, easy access to everything and wonderful stay.

Very lovely hotel, a bit tricky to get to especially if you don't know spanish driving ways. We drove to Barcelona from London in our own car and spent hours trying to navigate within the city looking for our hotel and didn't know we could stop on what looked like a red route infront of the hotel so we spent sometime going all the way out of the city to turn around and come back after we had spoken to the hotel staff and they assured us we could park there. Apart from that, it was nicely situated to a metro and you can get into the city centre easily and out again for a cheap 7 euros for ten uses and can be used by two people at the same time. Very Convenient! Nice interior deco for the rooms with nice views(city view from the top floors is awesome), friendly staff and alot of complimentary stuff(not breakfast).

Hotel was great. If you are the type of traveller who goes for late nights and long lies, the blackout blinds are great, absolutely brill!We didn't spend that much time in the hotel, just a couple of drinks. the staff were fine and helpful, always someone speaking english on reception when we asked.Rooms were really good and modern, great views. Shower was very good too !Location was fine, if you are comfy with using public transport. We are and getting the tram or metro in and out and about was fine. supermarket next door good for provisions and shopping if you are into that. Late at night taxi back about 10 EUROS.All in all we had a great time.Mark

The hotel was great-very modern and the views were unbelievable.Staff were very helpful. Can't comment on the food in the hotel as we didn't eat there but there were plenty of restaurants and snackbars in the shopping complex nearby.Great location only five stops away from the centre of Barcelona. All in all a brilliant stay-we will certainly be back

There was a smell of sewerage from our toilet the whole time we were there. Reported this twice at reception, who were apparently aware of the problem beforehand, and all that was done on each occasion was spray air freshener. This obviously did not resolve the problem, so our stay was unpleasant to say the least.

We were very, very, disapppointed that the pool/gym/sauna/jaczzi were closed for three days out of the five we were there for servicing. They were open the day we arrived and on the day we left but we had to leave so early we oculdn`t use them. These faciliti4es were one of the reasons we picked this hotel. In future it would be good if you could tell customers when facilites were going to be closed for servicing. And if you don`t know the information you ought to compensate customers who like us were looking forward to using the advertised facilites.
