Each villa is located in the beautiful Pollensa Bay area. The area is surrounded by excellent local restaurants and shops. Luxurious fixtures and fittings and high quality furnishings are what you expect from modern private accommodation. With a private swimming pool and terrace area, these villas have every modern comfort and offer fantastic value for money.

You will be notified of the exact villa address and directions 2 – 3 weeks before your departure date. A 4-door air conditioned car (similar in size to a Renault Clio) is included in the price of the holiday as a car is essential to explore the stunning local area. Approximate transfer time is 90 minutes.

Please note

Car hire: A four door car similar in size to a Renault Clio is included in the cost of the holiday. All cars have air-conditioning, CD player and power steering. Drivers must be in possession of a full UK driving licence for at least 1 year and be in between the ages of 21 and 71. Insurance excess will be in between 150-600 euros depending on car size. A full tank of petrol must be paid for on collection and the car returned empty. You will receive a telephone call once you make you booking to discuss the full terms and conditions and details of possible upgrades and associated costs.

Driving Directions

To get to the airport from Palma, take the autovia (main road) in the direction of Santanyí (Santañí) and turn off before the airport.

Car Parking

There is a covered car park close to the terminal for long- and short-term parking. The car park has a capacity for 5,700 vehicles on six floors. The ground floor is used by car hire companies; and long-term parking is on the sixth floor. All floors are fitted with disabled parking spaces, situated next to lifts and escalators. The fourth floor has passenger travelators that connect the car park to the terminal building Departures area.

Car Hire

Companies include Avis, Betacar-Europcar, Centauro, Europa, Hasso, Hertz, Record and Tui Cars-Ultramar Express. Desks and offices are located at Arrivals in the terminal building and on the ground floor of the airport car park.

Public Transport

Road: Taxi: Taxis leave from outside Door D on the Arrivals floor. Taxi companies serving the city centre (journey time: 15 minutes) include Fono Taxi, Radio Taxi and Taxi Palma. Bus: Bus no.1 runs to Paseo Mallorca in central Palma de Mallorca (journey time: 30 minutes) and Porto Pí. There is a bus stop in front of the multi-storey car park, outside Door D of the Arrivals floor, and another one outside the check-in floor, opposite the airport access road.

Information and Help Desks

Information desks (tel: 971 789 099) can be found in Arrivals, Departures and check-in. Customer service personnel, known as the ‘blue jackets’, are on hand to assist passengers on the second floor. There is a tourist information desk on the ground floor of the terminal (tel: 971 789 556).

Airport Facilities

Money and communications: The terminal has a full service bank on the Departures fourth floor and several ATMs. There are also post boxes, a post office and telephones. Eating and drinking: There are many bars and restaurants at the airport, including a 24-hour bar and a 24-hour cafeteria. Shopping: Shops include duty-free, a tobacconists, toy shop, leather goods shop, shoe shops, a jewellers, opticians, florists, sweet shops, gift shops and a clothing accessories shop. Luggage: There is no left-luggage facility at the airport. A lost property service is situated on the ground floor (tel: (0)971 789 456). Other facilities: There are 24-hour first aid services and a pharmacy, as well as numerous travel agents and a children’s room.

Conference and Business Facilities

There are three VIP lounges (tel: 971 789 331) at the airport, the Randa and l’Ofre lounges, situated in the Departures area, and the Formentor lounge, situated on the D concourse. These provide free newspapers, a television, telephone and self-service bar. The airport can also provide conference/meeting rooms, telephone, fax machines, computers and data lines, and catering; there are also board rooms for hire in the Randa VIP lounge.

Disabled Facilities

There are lifts and ramps in the terminal where necessary. Wheelchair-accessible toilets and disabled parking spaces are also available.

Airport Hotels

There are no hotels in the airport grounds, but hotel reservations can be made at the airport (tel: 971 789 322). Hotels in Palma include the Melia Victoria (tel: 971 732 542), Palas Atenea Sol (tel: 971 281 400) and Saratoga (tel: 971 727 240); hotels in Playa de Palma include the Garonda (tel: 971 262 200) and Playa Park (tel: 971 261 950). The Arabella Sheraton Golf Hotel (tel: 971 787 100) is located on the Son Vida golf course, 15km (10 miles) from the airport.
