Majorca is perhaps the most popular of the Balearic Islands sitting in the Mediterranean just off the Spanish coast. Situated on the south east coast, Cala d'Or is a cosmopolitan resort with its own distinct character. The selection of sandy, gently shelving beaches are ideal for families and couples. The colourful marina lined with bars, restaurants and cafs lures a varied crowd both day and night, although if it's non stop action you're looking for, this is not the resort for you.
Things to see and do in Cala D'Or
- Explore the wonderful caves of Drach
- Visit the medieval monastery
- Take a glass-bottom boat trip around the island
