The Costa de la Luz or 'Coast of light' enjoys a warm climate and superb, vast, golden sandy beaches combined with excellent food and wines. With an exotic North African influence this coast is quite unlike any other in Spain. Vast stretches of golden sand and the unmistakable atmosphere of authentically Spanish resorts characterise the fabulous 'Coast of Light.' The British mass market tourism has yet to penetrate this far, deterred by the relative distance from the main charter airport at Malaga, yet this region is very appealing to anyone whose ideal holiday would include quality accommodation, beautiful beaches, sightseeing in towns steeped in history and culture and some of the finest seafood in Spain.
