Sesimbra is a traditional fishing village just south of Lisbon. The resort centre is full of character retaining much of its old charm. In contrast to the centre the harbour is a hive of activity including excellent seafood restaurants and lively bars. There is a long sandy beach overlooked by a castle set on the hilltop affording stunning sea views.
