What you said
A lovely little hotel which is relatively basic but has everything which you need and does exactly what a hotel should do in Venice, provide a convenient and pleasant centrally located base from which you can wander all over the city. 5 mins from San Marco, 5 mins from Rialto. Would definitely go back to the hotel on a return trip to Venice
