This hotel is very central. There is a water bus stop right outside the hotel and everything is easy to reach by foot, if preferred. The bus stop from and to the airport was only a two minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The water bus stop to the casino is also only a minute walk from the hotel. It is very good value for the money that we paid and the staff are very helpful and polite.I would definitely stay there again.

Our hotel was a beautiful air conditioned palace when we arrived in a very hot but very beautiful Venice. You never know what you will get but I could not fault any part of the Hotel or the service we received there.

The hotel was in a perfect location only 5 mins from bus station and close to a vaporetto station.Would have preferred to have had a room that did not overlook a kitchen roof but as it was only a base, it was very good value for money.Great breakfasts!

This Hotel is brillant, the best location (minutes walk from Train and Bus Stations.) All of the staff were excellent, and our Concierge was the best ever. The bigger rooms at the back of the hotel, although no view, are better for satys of a couple of days or more (fullsize Bath). Loved it.

The hotel was from the the standards advertised on lastminute.com. We thought we were staying in a 4 star hotel however the rooms were tiny, there was no bath and the water trickled out of the shower. This hotel would struggle to achieve 3 start in my experience of staying in many hotels throughout Europe.

Hotel was clean throughout. If you are not lucky enough to have one of the canal facing rooms then dont bother to look out of your window thoughAlthough the hotel (or even the street) does not seem to appear in many guidebooks it is fantastically easy to find....Just walk out of the train station and look across to the other side of the Grand Canal and there you are.Loads of waterbuses stop at the station so its a doddle getting down the canal and to St Marks etc.We went in December, it was cold but the reduced number of tourists and lack of smell from the canals made it - in my opinion - a prime time to visit.Oh and by the way...As everyone points out the Gondolas aint cheap if there are just two of you, but lets face it how many times are you going to visit the City so you might as well!!!

The hotel was excellent, right on the Grand Canal. To get the best of it you need to book a "superior room". These are on the front of the hotel so that the "busy ness" of the Grand Canal is just 20 ft away from you. Its a little noisy with all of the boats going past, that just added to the excitement.
