• Fenicottero Rosa: If you are willing to taste the real Sardinia cuisine, offered by the chef of the restaurant (open from 14 April to 30 September), it would be a pleasant obligation to make a visit to the restaurant of Hotel Fenicottero Rosa for which the very owners of the hotel take care. A real incredible combination of tastes and aromas are offered there: the chef amuses himself experimenting old-time recipes and preparing new dishes with products coming from his Region but he also, quite naturally, offers newly developed dishes, as well as the classic risotto with different species of fish, spaghetti with Bottarga (prepared with the specific Bottarga caviar) and the traditional dishes of the island.
