This multi-functional, gay-friendly venue is a trendy addition to Rome's nightlife. DJs regularly spin an interesting mix of rock, drum & bass and chunky beats with a side helping of electro, while a small stage in the downstairs bar plays host to a variety of live acts.
An interesting design feature is the glass floor/ceiling between the upstairs and downstairs bars. This makes for a curious sight from down below. Definitely worth a look in. Ladies may want to wear trousers.
Activities start on Wednesdays with the Theatre Laboratory, Thursdays are organised by the group Beat_Aromatico, who propose a mix of oriental dance classes, sculpture and painting workshops. Electro pop and Eighties sounds rule the roost on Friday nights, while on Saturdays DJ Expander takes to the decks with progressive house, deep trance and electronic pop.
On Sunday the club hosts an arts fair and market.
