What you said
the hotel and staff are very good, nothing is too much trouble for them. the location is good for all the sights as the tram runs past the hotel, this takes you into central rome. the cost for 24hrs of unlimited travel on the tram,bus or underground id 4 euros. the main restaurant area about 4 tram stops away (the one by the river) dont be put off by the side streets go and explor and have a good reasonable priced meal or just a drink in the bars.
