What you said

A small hotel with minimal staff but very welcoming. Doesn't look like anything other than an apartment block from the outside as the Hotel only occupies the 2nd floor. Clean room, comfortable bed and perfectly adequate ensuite although the bath had more chips in it than Harry Ramsdens. Great location, close to Termini Train Station and metro stops (Barberini was probably the closest). Cheap (for Rome) and cheerful. I would stay there again if I returned to Rome.
