The hotel was idealy situated in terms of travel to tourist attractions. However the area around termini is very sleazy. The hotel itself was not up to standard. In the bathroom the shower cubicle was broken. I brought it to the attention of the hotel staff but nothing was done about it. The breakfast room had only 4 tables which could accomadate 8 people only. There was a toilet next to the eating area which was very audible when flushed. I will not stay at this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone.

This hotel suited us perfectly. Its not five star luxury but it did not profess to be. It was however entirely suitable for our requirements - reasonably priced, centrally located and ideal for getting to all the sites. Being near the Termini train station is really useful as a lot of the tour buses start and end there and the train from the airport terminates there.

I am very disappointed with the service of the hotel. On the description it should have tea/coffee facilities. However, it was not available in the room. The first night when I asked for some hot water, the person at the front desk said he will bring it to my room but did not happen. The 2nd night I hv to wait at the front desk for hot water in case they forget again. The 3rd night when I asked for some hot water I was told to take the hot water from the hot tap in my room. I told him it is to make hot drink/snack for my sister who is an insulin dependent diabetic before her nightly insulin. He said I can make tea/coffee with the tap water. He must thought I am an idiot. I gave up in the end and went out to get snack for my sister. Another incident is the dining room which only consists of 5 or 6 2 seater table which mean you either hv to get out early or very late, on my last day we ended up having breakfast outside because we could not wait any longer. My 3rd complain is the wall within each room is so thin you can hear what goes on in the next room, if you know what I meant. I did not have a good night sleep on my first night. The 4th complain, the hair dryer in my room has a damage on it's tubing where hot air was leaking out, drying is impossible, I was given a hand held hair dryer which didn't work. Therefore, I feel that this hotel should not be recommmended to your furture clients cause the service is appalling.
